Heating installation with oxygen detector - coupled to program control regulating air, fuel and ignition

The heating installation has a burner, a combustion chamber, metering devices for fuel and air, and a program control controlling air, fuel and ignition. An oxygen detector is located in or after the combustion chamber and is connected to the program control and switches it in accordance with the min. oxygen content of the gases in the combustion chamber. The oxygen detector causes a warning signal to appear when the oxygen content drops below a min. level. The oxygen detector is connected to an electronic controller that controls the fuel and air metering devices.
