PURPOSE:To keep the load state at minimum, by providing the forced control circuit at the central control panel, providing the address discrimination section and the forced control signal reception section at the terminal unit to receive the signal from the forced control circuit and controlling the load with the output of the reception section. CONSTITUTION:The central control panel is provided with the forced control circuit section 12 which forms a signal to compulsively control a terminal unit in failure at the reception time band of the return signal from the terminal unit in failure, and the output of the forced control circuit section 12 is fed to the terminal unit via the drive 14. In the terminal unit in failure, the address discrimination section detects the coincidence of the address of forced control signal and the address of the terminal itself, the forced control signal is received at the forced control signal reception section to perform ON-OFF control of the forced control relay. |
