PURPOSE:To effectively prevent light-induced discoloration and fading of a color image formed photographically, by tightly wrapping the image together with a deoxidant or a dryer with a plastic film. CONSTITUTION:A color photographic image is wrapped with a plastic film together with a deoxidant, such as metal or dithionate powder, or a dryer, such as silica gel or calcium oxide powder, and the film is stuck tightly. As the above film, a 200mu or less thick film superior in transparency, impermeability to a gas, such as steam or oxygen, and durability is effective, and a film of cellophane, polyethylene, or polyester is preferable. |
