PURPOSE:To make it easy to adjust a focus by displaying the result of measurement near an axis by an analog meter with regard to MTF instrument that takes the measurement at several points of an optical element to be checked at a time by the use of several solid scanning elements. CONSTITUTION:Light emitted from light source 8 is made even by diffusing plate 14 and light penetrating the chart element of chart plate 10 is image-formed in a black-and-white pattern on CCD 131-139, through lens 4 to be checked, thereby outputting output signals in time series. The output signals pass through an analog multiplexer, A/D converting circuit, arithmetic circuit, digital multiplexer, and D/A converting circuit and then displayed as the arithmetic results of MFT by a display unit under the control of a controller. The arithmetic results of MFT, on the other hand, are converted by the D/A converting circuit into analog signals, which are output to an analog meter. Over a look at the display value, the focus of checked lens 4 can easily be adjusted. |
