<p>PURPOSE:To prepare coenzyme Q10, by incubating a microorganism belonging to the genus Paecilomyces or Acremonium. CONSTITUTION:A microorganism, e.g. Paecilomyces varioti IFO5476, which belongs to the genus Paecilomyces or Acremonium, and has the ability to produce coenzyme Q10, is inoculated into a suitable nutrient culture medium and incubated under aerobic conditions. The resulting coenzyme Q10 is then collected from the medium.</p> |
