Replaceable point for crossbow bolt - has screw on sleeve with central bore for holding headed point and removed by integral lever

The shaft (6) of the crossbow bolt is threaded (9) to receive a screw-on socket (1), this latter having a parallel bore passing centrally down it. At the threaded end, this bore is widened to form a shoulder to hold the head of a replaceable point (4). This point has an annular groove below the head locating an O-ring seal (7) which holds the point in place and permits some elasticity when tightening up. The sleeve is removed and replaced by an integral lever, turning on pivots (2) and folding away when not required.
