<p>PH 25,102 A modulated radio carrier wave detector circuit having high linearity is achieved by incorporating a negative feedback amplifier in the detector load circuit in a manner such that the feedback impedance of the amplifier constitutes the main load circuit of the detector and further the load circuit incorporates at least one linearity compensating diode. Both high linearity and gain, if desired, are possible with the use of this circuit.</p> |
