In order to reinforce the perforation edge of filing holes in sheetlike material, a perforation edge reinforcement is proposed which consists of a plastic film strip (1) having a plurality of filing holes (5-8), a broad section of the strip being provided with a layer (2) of adhesive and a masking tape (3) protecting the layer, while a narrower section forms a gripping tab (4) which facilitates the gripping and removal of the masking tape (3) from the layer (2) of adhesive. <IMAGE>
