PURPOSE:To make it possible to shorten the time of electric transmission while preventing an image from shifting when black-and-white picture information is reproduced into a color picture on a reception side, by using a stripe filter, electric filter, etc. CONSTITUTION:While transmitting rotary drum 1 is turned, optical system 3 is moved axially to scan an original color picture, obtained through stripe filter 15 stuck to drum 1, by light source 4 and also to convert it into an electric signal, equivalent to green, blue and red, by photoelectric tube 6. After this electric signal is supplied from the transmission side to electric filter 16 on the reception side, electric signals equivalent to green, red and blue are output being color-separated by LPF17, HPF18 and HPF19. After the electric signals color-separated by electric filter 16 are reconverted into photo signals by discharge tube 8, black-and-white pictures are recorded on black-and-white films 21a, 21b and 21c on receiving rotary drum 20 corresponding to the light and shade of the photo signals. Then, they are reproduced into a color pitcure being optically synthesized. |
