PURPOSE: To obtain an organopolysiloxane composition, capable of imparting nontackiness, water repellency, lubricity and abrasion resistance to the surface of a rubber and suitable especially for treating the surface by forming a film excellent in abrasion durability. CONSTITUTION: This composition comprises a diorganopolysiloxane of the general formula HOR<1> 3 SiO[R<1> 2 SiO]m Si-R<1> 2 OH [R<1> is a monovalent substituted or unsubstituted hydrocarbon group; (m) is an integer of >=150], a diorganopolysiloxane of the general formula R<2> 3 SiO[R<2> 2 SiO]n SiR<-2> 3 [R" is a monovalent substituted or unsubstituted hydrocarbon group; (n) is the same as (m) or a larger integer than that], an organohydrogenpolysiloxane containing >=3 hydrogen atoms bound to silicon atom in one molecule, an organosilane, containing >=2 alkoxy groups bound to silicone atom and one substituted or unsubstituted amino group bound through an alkylene group to silicon atom in one molecule and/or its partial hydrolyzate, a metallic salt of a fatty acid and a fine powder having <=50μm average particle diameter.
