PURPOSE:To avoid the influence of molding resin to which a stator coil is subject on the moulding of a frame by placing a fitting member in which a small hole is formed at a place opposite to the coil so that a part thereof may be buried in the frame. CONSTITUTION:A cavity 18 containing at a given place a stator iron core 1 to which a stator coil 2 and fitting legs 5 and 5 are fastened is formed by fitting the core 1 into the column die 16b of an upper die 16 and welding upper and lower dies 16 and 17 so that the dies 16 and 17 may face with each other. The both dies 16 and 17 are kept at a fixed temperature by supplying power to a heating unit 17. Thereafter, when extruded into the cavity 18 from an extrusion molding machine through a nozzle 21, mold resin contacts with the a fitting device 5 burying portion 5a, and the largest part and remainder of the resin whose extrusion pressure is thus diffused or reduced into the cavity 18 through the small hole of the portion 5a and along the portion 5a respectively. A stator coil can therefore be prevented from the damage due to the extrusion pressure of the resin. |
