The process consists in incorporating to the liquid blood, plasma or serum, said product, heating the mixture close to the boiling temperature, while stirring slowly and continuously, and stopping the operation when the blood, plasma or serum, has acquired a curdled consistency, each particle of the product incorporated being then homogenized therewith by coating under a continous film which adheres slightly to adjacent coated particles. Preferably, an anticoagulating agent such as EDTA Na<u2>u, is added to the blood as soon as the bleeding is effected. The curdled coated product obtained may be used as animal food stock or for the specific properties of the coated product. |
