<p>Packageable toilet utensil comprising an active head or outer portion (1) integral with a handle (3). The handle is composed of a rod (4) carrying the said head (1) and of a grip (5) connected to the rod (4) such that the assembly of the head (1) and of the rod (4) is at least partially retractable into the said grip (5) with a concomitant reduction in the size of the utensil.
