PURPOSE:To control room temperature easily and also to prevent a refrigerant from becoming inactive in a condenser being not in use by adjusting the length of condenser to insert in a ventilation duct outside the room. CONSTITUTION:An evaporator 9 is provided in a room air circulating ventilation flue 10 having suction port 11 and blow-off port 12, a ventilation flue 15 outside the room is constituted with belows-shaped ducts 16a, 16b and a control box 17, and a suction port 19 and a calling port 20 are opened. A condenser 14 is arranged in the control box 17, and the length of the condenser 14 to be inserted in the ventilation duct 15 outside the room is adjusted by the control box 17 moving on a rail 17a. |
