PURPOSE:To obtain an unreversible circuit element which is superior in mass- producibility and high in reliability by forming multilayer strip lines on one side of an insulating substrate by thin-film technique. CONSTITUTION:Insulating substrate 20 is previously provided with shield case fitting hole 30, conductor film 21A in the shape that a strip line is divided into two, and insulator film 23 with connection hole 22 at a position corresponding to tip part 31A of conductor film 21A is formed on conductor film 21A. Next, conductor film 21B constituting the remaining half of the strip line is formed on insulating film 23 and partially on substrate 20. In formation of conductor film 21B, tip part 31A of conductor film 21A and tip part 31B of conductor film 21B are joined together to constitute strip line 5B. Consequently, center conductor part 1A with three strip lines 5B is completed. An unreversible circuit element can therefore be obtained which is superior in mass-producibility and high in reliability. |
