PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture an inexpensive laminate of stabilized performance by overlaying metal foils or films on one prepreg or one face or both faces of a plurality of prepregs formed of a sheet-shaped based on which resin powder is made to adhere, passing through the prepregs between heated belts and laminate molding. SOLUTION: The given quantities of an epoxy resin, a curing agent and a cured accelerating agent, all of which are powder, are mixed preliminarily a specified amount respectively, and a powder resin composition having the given average grain size can be manufactured by a multi-stage stone mill type kneading extruder, and a fine powder silica is added therewith and mixed by a Henschel mixer. The composition thus manufactured is applied uniformly on one face of a glass cloth by a knife coater, and heated by a hot air heater from the lower face side and also heated from both faces of the cloth to manufacture prepregs 2. The given number of prepregs 2 is fed from a take-up machine 1 to a belt press 5, and metal foils 4 are fed from a take-up machine 3 onto both faces of the prepregs 2 and overlaid thereon, and passed through between the heated belts 5 and laminated molded, and a laminate 6 thus formed is taken up on a take-up machine 8. Thus the laminate 6 of good performance and generating little unevenness can be manufactured at low cost.
