PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent foreign matter from adhering to a finber by disposing a plurality of built-in pistons in an opening and closing body, installing a sliding plate slid in a sliding groove of the opening and closing body to follow the opening and closing pistons, and providing the finger with a sliding piece slid to follow opening and closing and up-and-down motion. SOLUTION: Plural built-in opening and closing pistons 5 are disposed in the opening and closing body 4, and a sliding plate 7 slid in a sliding groove 14 of the opening and closing body 4 to follow the pistons 5 is installed. A finger 8 is provided with a sliding piece 12, and a cylinder 13 is fixed to a flat plate 2 with a screw 2a, whereby the sliding piece 12 is slid to follow opening and closing and up-and-down motion. When a vertical cylinder 13 is put in the upper position and the pistons 5 are respectively put in the open positions, an article is located inside the tip of the finger 8 and held by closing the pistons 5 respectively. The pistons 5 are opened to release the article, and immediately after the vertical cylinder 13 is lowered, it is raised. Thus, adhering foreign matter is removed to be cleaned.
