PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and apparatus for treatment of waste molten slag in which properties and economical value of slag and metals are increased to reuse them advantageously. SOLUTION: Waste and/or waste incineration ash is melted and iron in the molten state is oxidized by blowing gas containing oxygen into the slag and metals to take iron into the molten slag. Thus, nonferrous metals in the metal are concentrated, and the metal is recovered as a nonferrous metal material.
