<p>PURPOSE:To surely prevent over-setting of copying paper by providing a supply quantity limiting stopper to regulate the supplying height of the copying paper. CONSTITUTION:On the detecting part 108a of the detecting lever 108 of a paper presence detecting mechanism 61, a stopper part 108c is formed so as for it to corss at an almost right angle to the axial line of the main body 108b of the detecting lever. This constitutes a supply quantity limiting stopper 153 which catches excessive copying paper P1 more than a given quantity h1 by the sotpper part 108c of the detecting lever and prevents the advance of the same when the copying paper P1 being set. Accordingly, between a paper-feeding roller 85 and the copying paper P1 which can be set, the necessary aperture of h2 at least is to be secured.</p> |
