PURPOSE:The temperature dropping in drawing and heat-treating rollers, interruption and switching to low-speed operation of the drive of the above rollers and the ring twisters are made under specific conditions, thus reducing yarn breakage at start to permit the very smooth restart of the operation. CONSTITUTION:The signal of full bobbin switches both of drawing and heat treating rollers 5 to the lower-temperature set to drop the temperature. When ring 27 reaches the uppermost end, the motor 19 for driving spindles is switched off. The main drivig motor 8 for drawing and heat treating-rollers 8 is stopped and the ring 27 stops after it reaches the uppermost position. The top bunch for preventing bobbins from unwinding is formed the uppermost of bobbins and sumultaneously the motor 19 is switched to the low-speed driving. Then, the low-speed motor 17 starts and ring 27 goes down rapidly to start the waist winding at the lowermost end. Further, the temperature of roller 5 drops down to the set point of the lower temperature and at this time, the motor 19 then, moter 17 stop, thus the draw-twister completely stops. |
