PURPOSE:To quicken the machining work, by dividing a series of corrugated part toward circular direction in many numbers, and providing them so that they take a periodical construction lengthwise in contact with the inner wall of the cone horn. CONSTITUTION:The corrugated plate 11 incorporating the fins 4 and the grooves 5 of the corrugated main body 3 is formed with molding and machining by metallic material or plastic material with the construction that the corrugated cone horn is divided in many numbers circumferentially. Further, if the material other than metallic material is used, metal coating is made on the surface with a suitable method. Thus, a given number of corrugated plates 11 are used, they are inserted in the cone horn 7 with the combination of cone shape, and the corrugated cone horn is formed by pushing them from the opening with the retaining plate 12. Thus, the horn having excellent radiation performance can be obtained with quick machining. |
