In order to improve the heat transmission and to overcome the difference in height between a heat accumulator (6) and a solar power collector as heat source, where the latter is arranged for example on the roof and the heat accumulator (6) is arranged in the cellar of a building, it is proposed that a pump (10) driven by the intrinsic energy generated in the solar power collector be provided for the condensate return from the heat accumulator (6) to the solar power collector, which pump effects the condensate return without any special control device, and it is furthermore proposed, for the purpose of increasing the capillary action, that the inner surface of the evaporator pipe (1) should be of a design increasing the surface area. <IMAGE>
