An elastic pavement construction method using pebbles is provided to reduce the fatigue of a user caused by the excessive elasticity of an elastic paved surface and to improve the using comfort of a sports facility by decreasing the friction between the sports facility and the bottom elastic paved surface. An elastic pavement construction method using pebbles includes the step of coating a primer on the upper surface of a lower layer formed by coating a concrete, an asphalt, an asphalt concrete, a water-penetrating concrete, or a rubber chip; the step of forming a upper layer on the lower layer by mixing the 20~30 weight% of the elastic chip whose particle size is 2~3 millimeters, the 30~60 weight% of the pebbles whose particle diameter is 5~50 millimeters, and the 10~20 weight% of the polyurethane binder; and the step of performing the top-coating operation by coating the urethane coating agent uniformly on the upper layer. |
