FIELD: preparing of fresh garlic for storage and further usage in space feeding. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves wiping inspected garlic with ethyl alcohol solution at predetermined mode parameters; dividing into cloves; washing with ethyl alcohol solution; holding in suspension of preparation produced from Mortierella reticulata micromycet biomass by predetermined process; drying; wiping with ethyl alcohol solution; exposing to ultraviolet radiation; packaging each 5 cloves in smoking paper and placing in polymer trays. Method allows garlic to be transported to space object and stored there for 45 days to be used in space feeding. ^ EFFECT: prolonged storage of garlic in fresh state. |
