PURPOSE:To enable to eliminate unnecessary vibration, with the operation by minimum vibration, by using members having higher ability to attenuate vibration. CONSTITUTION:The member 20 made of high attenuation ability such as Mg-Zr alloy or Mn-Cu alloy is inserted in the T shaped block 11 supporting the magnetic head 2, and it is fixed with the fastening screw 21 from the stand wheel 13. Thus, the attenuation ability to mechanical vibration to the entire moving carriage 3 is increased, and the vibration at drive for the electromagnetic source consisting of the moving coil 4 fitted to the moving carriage 3 and the magnetic circuit at fixed side is absorbed, and the stability and effectiveness of the positioning control system can be achieved comparatively with low cost, without increasing the weight of the moving carriage 3 especially. |
