PURPOSE:To uniformly distribute a magnetic powder in a pressure fixing component and to uniformize capsule diameter distribution, by specifying the concentration of a colloidal solution for dispersing the solution or melt of a core substance and emulsion-suspending in the above solution the pressure fixing component containing the magnetic powder. CONSTITUTION:A pressure fixing component for composing the cores of toner capsules, such as natural wax, higher aliphatic acid, or polyolefin, exhibiting stickiness under normal temperature and normal pressure is dispersed into a colloidal solution having its concentration not higher than 5wt%., preferably in the range of 0.3-3wt%., and the above core substance or its melt containing a magnetic powder is emulsion-suspended in this solution. This process permits the magnetic powder to be uniformly dispersed into the capsules, especially into the pressure fixing component and distribution of capsule diameters to be uniform in preparing a magnetic toner-containing pressure fixing encapsulated toner using the coacervation methods, etc. |
