PURPOSE:To enable to receive the multiplex broadcast without special adaptor, by re-broadcasting the audio multiplex broadcast received at the center of CATV system on the specific channel and demodulating the audio at the FM receiver at each home. CONSTITUTION:The television electromagnetic waves received at the center 1 are up-converted on the specific vacant channel and are delivered on the cable 3. At each home 2, the television receiver 11 is operated, the audio volume is adjusted to a minimum, and the FM receiver 29 connected to the terminal unit 28 at the home 2, allowing to hear the autio in synchronizing with the vidoe. In the signal from the center 1, the audio main signal in case of audio multiplex broadcast is located at the right side of stereo, and the audio subsignal is present, then bilinguial broadcast and stereo broadcast can be received without changing the screen of the television receiver, by selecting the operation of the stereo receiver 29. |
