PRODUCTION OF MICROCAPSULE CONTAINING PLACENTAL EXTRACT FOR COSMETICS AND COSMETIC CONTAINING THE SAME

PURPOSE:A specific amount of amino acids is added to a plascental extract solution for cosmetics including an alkaline phosphatase to keep the enzyme activity and the product is made into microcapsules using nylon polymer and the capsules are added to cosmetics to increase their stability. CONSTITUTION:A placental extract solution containing an alkaline phosphatase is combined with 1-10% of amino acids, preferably 5% of glycine, 7% of alanine, 3-5% of glycylglcine and the product is used as the core ingredient and a polyamide is used as the membrane material to make said nylon microcapsules. This method keeps the activity of the above enzyme in the placental extract and gives said microcapsules. The placental extract is useful as a cosmetic ingredient with humectic activity and the nylon capsule helps the gradual elution, therefore, the cosmetics containing said microcapsules show increased stability and prolonged cosmetic activity.
