PURPOSE:To prevent a lead bushing from movement in molding by molding a projection which is molded with a metal molds to journal the lead bushing when the lead bushing and an accumulator tank lid are molded integrally and closing on empty hole formed by said projection. CONSTITUTION:A lead bushing 13 with a terminal is arranged in metal molds 11, 12. Resin material such as polypropylene resin, acrylbutadienstyren resin, etc. is injected into a gap 19 to mold an accumulator tank lid 20. One metal mold 11 is provided with a projecting pin 14 which extends through a pole post receiving through hole 15 in the lead bushing 13. Also, a journal projection 17 is provided in a recess 16 formed on a surface opposed to the lead bushing 13 for regulating the movement of the bushing in the direcrion of arrow Y by supporting the bottom surface of terminal portion of lead bushing 13 with this projection 17. An empty hole 21 formed by this journal projection 17 is closed by heat fusion of a tubular portion 22. |
