<p>PURPOSE:To simplify the handling of VTR by separating separable cassette halves and then moving them to a capstan turning contact position, and then by bringing tape spools in the cassette halves into turning contact with a capstan. CONSTITUTION:When a cassette is mounted on fixed pins 16 and 17 with arms in contact with guide pins 14 and 15, movable reel arms 3 and 4 are spread out and the cassette is easily inserted. To start tape loading, cassette halves 1 and 2 are released from hooking to allow cassette halves 1 and 2 to separate mutually. Then, loading disks 9 and 10 are turned differing in direction to separate cassette halves 1 and 2, which are moved to the tape loading position to load the tape on tape guides 30 and 31, and fixed head 32, and tape spools 1a and 2a in cassette halves 1 and 2 are brought into turning contact with capstan 20 by tension levers 18 and 19 of the tape loader, allowing the tape to run at a high speed.</p> |
