The dress shield has a substrate which absorbs moisture and is skin-friendly. The substrate is produced with a surface from sticky tape or adhesives such as cotton, polyester fleece, or plastic and maybe coated with a film of nonwoven-film laminate such as Polyethylene or similar plastic. A rubber or adhesive mass or hot melt adhesive mass is provided and has a circulation of cotton or rayon fabric, sterile, lint-and anti-bacterial coating.
