Ceramic tile mould with upper and lower plate - has supporting blocks with clamps for insert plates and has locking and opening mechanisms

The top and bottom plates support a set of insert plates by support blocks, and an intermediate plate with a number of metal-lined openings for the forming of tiles. The blocks (21) contain one or more clamps for each insert plate (6), secured by locks (38) inside the blocks. Behind each clamp is an actuator (30), with a control (16) at right angles to it and the lock, while an opening mechanism (28) for each clamp is between it and the actuator. A spring (35) prestressing the actuator, is accommodated inside the latter on the side of the control opposite to that containing the opening mechanism. A bracket is provided for the metal strips (4) lining the openings (5) in the intermediate plate (1).
