The machine uses circular saws with an alignment support at each working station, which is guide vertical to the cutting line and which can slide along an alignment line parallel to the cutting plane. The machine has a control unit for automatic alignment of the workpiece and for indexing it between the various work stations according to a selected programme. Pref. the alignment support has end switches for an electromechanical control allowing switching between rapid and slow movement of the support.
