The present invention relates to a system and a method to call a designated driver by using an electronic tag, and to a system and a method to call a designated driver by using an electronic tag to enable a user requiring a designated driver service to conveniently use the designated driver service by reading the electronic tag through a mobile terminal such as a smartphone. According to the present invention, since advertisement information or a promotion sentence about an offline shop is displayed in a user terminal while making a call for the designated driver service, the offline shop reduces advertisement costs and promotes sales.
