PURPOSE:To reduce the traffic of a radio channel by checking the initial state of a mobile terminal by polling on arrival of a primary response request from a radio base station and then by transferring information according to the initial state. CONSTITUTION:Pieces of information arriving at a radio base station from fixed terminals are inputted to data storage part 12 and, under the control of control part 7, stored being classified into mobile terminal discrimination numbers and message information. Control part 7 edits mobile terminal discrimination numbers into a group of continuous signals, which is passed through transmission part 9, antenna shared unit 10, to base-station antenna 11 to send radio waves to the mobile terminals. Each radio wave is received by reception part 17 by way of mobile terminal antenna 13 and antenna shared unit 18 and when it agrees with the discrimination number of the terminal, a primary response signal is automatically sent back via control part 15 to set a waiting state. After receiving the primary response signal by reception part 8, the base station sends message information to the mobile terminal, which sends the 2nd response signal back after receiving the message for information interchange. |
