PURPOSE:To make a transformer winding or large outside diameter minimizing the restriction by railway transportation limit by a method wherein a mounting fixing member for transportation tank, and a mounting fixing member for upper tank, to be assembled at the time of field assembling, are prepared on a lower tank fixed with the contents of tank. CONSTITUTION:A transportation tank 19, which has the minimum gap G necessary for the insertion of tank contents and the size within the transportation limit 1 required on account of platform, etc., is fixed with the blots 26 to a fixing member 27 prepared on a lower tank 11 fixed with the transformer contents 28, and is transported by the railway. On arriving on the field, the transformer is installed on the groundwork. A fixing member 18 having a reinforcement 21 is welded and fixed to a frame 17 prepared under a fixing member 27. A lower tank 13, which is a member of tank itself consisted of an upper, a middle and a lower tank, is mounted on it and the middle tank 24 is connected to the lower tank. After the transportation tank 19 is removed, an upper tank 25 is assembled on it. By this way, the outside diameter of winding can be enlarged minimizing the restriction of transportation limit. |
