<p>The hydraulic or pneumatic means for synchronising fired heating system ancillaries with the burner utilises fuel pressure in burner supply line. Applied to a jack-, membrane-, bellows- or similar (conventional) unit this generates mechanical movement to operate uptake shutters or the like. Applied to a servo-cylinder, pressure/diaphragm switch, control valve or similar device it can control the switching of electrical appts. such as flue gas heat exchanger booster fans, so that these need not be connected into the burner control circuit.</p> |
