PURPOSE:To make arrangement and transfer of 'sushi' performed at a very high efficiency without a man by providing an elevating and turning device for moving a holding device up and down and turning horizontally by 180deg. of angle. CONSTITUTION:For a transfer device 1 for 'sushi', the center part of a turning beam 6 is fixed at the top end of a turning shaft 5 supported by a bearing 4 at a base 2 provided close to the forward end of a transfer belt conveyor C to rotate vertically freely. At about the central part of right and left protruding part 16, 16 of the turning beam 6 is installed an elevating air cylinder 17 vertically respectively, and an elevating casing 19 is installed to slide vertically freely at a vertical guide bar 18, 18 respectively. The lower end of an air cylinder 33 and the forward end of a lever 36 with a base part 35 freely rotatably installed at the lower edge of an installing plate 31 are pivotally attached with each other, and a 'sushi' presser member 38 is installed at the lower edge of the base part of the lever 36 to rotate freely, while a presser part 40 is formed at the lower part of a presser plate 39 suspended and fixed at the forward end of the elevating casing 19. |
