PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the safety and comfortability in an environment where a robot is used to assist a user.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a method to be executed by a system which uses a robot to assist a user in a user environment, the method comprising: a location acquisition step for acquiring the current location of the user in the user environment; an obstacle detection step for detecting an obstacle in the user environment; a physical capability estimation step for estimating physical capabilities of the user on the basis of an electronic health record (EHR) associated with the user; an instruction generation step for generating instructions for the robot to execute a task on the basis of the obstacle in the user environment and the physical capabilities of the user; and an instruction transmission step for transmitting the generated instructions to the robot.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1A
