Starting spinning of yarns in open=end rotors - by adjusting drive belts and brakes of rotor whorl to provide identical starting characteristics and uniform yarn quality

Yarns are started to be spun at open-end rotor stations by a programme controlled carriage responsive to the behaviour of the rotors by setting the rotor brakes and drive means in such a manner that the process of starting of spinning at all stations takes the same course. Faults in yarns are prevented.
