<p>PURPOSE:To miniaturize a capacitance potential device by a method wherein a grounding device capable of connecting with an electrode of capacitor, which is filled with an insulating gas as main dielectric, is prepared in the capacitance potential device and a potential dividing capacitor connected to a potential transformer is prepared under the grounding device. CONSTITUTION:A bus-bar conductor 2 is put in a metallic container 16 filled with an insulating gas 4, an electrode 17 is prepared around the bus-bar conductor 2, and the main capacitor is constituted using an insulating gas 4 as the main dielectric. A convex part 17a, which is to connect with a moving part 23 of grounding switch, is prepared on the upper part of electrode 17. A potential dividing capacitor 13, consisting of an intermediate electrode 13a connected to the electrode 17 of main capacitor, and of a grounding electrode 13b connected to an airtight container 16, is prepared under the main capacitor and the intermediate electrode 13a is connected to a potential transformer PD.</p> |
