PURPOSE:To select an optional group, to select and to receive a call number assigned to the group by turning on a power supply of a reception section for a time corresponding to plural groups of a signal transmitted from a base station. CONSTITUTION:A power supply control section 60 uses a preamble signal and a frame synchronizing signal from a signal comparison section 50 so as to output a signal going to a high level for a time corresponding to the succeeding frame synchronizing signal and executes the battery saving turning off the power supply of the reception section 2. Then the power supply of the reception section 2 is turned on for a time corresponding to preset different groups #1, #3 and the call signal of the group is received. Thus, an optional group is selected to receive selectively a call number assigned to the group and then an optional call number is added. |
