PURPOSE:To make it possible to pick up and emit accurately a minute quantity of a sample by arranging a room, which has a sectional area larger than the sectional area of the nozzle at the tip of a diluting equimpment, in a flow path and by agitating diluting liquid and the sample in this room. CONSTITUTION:Valve 23 is closed and valve 26 is opened to suck diluting liquid 29 through injector E by a fixed quantity, and diluting liquid in the sample nozzle and sample 18 through air layer 17 are sucked with injector C by a fixed quantity, and after that, the smaple is sucked into mixing chamber 16 by suction equipment D. The inside of the mixing chamber is formed into a sphere or cylinder of an inside diameter larger than the inside diameter of the sample nozzle, so that the sample may be mixed with diluting liquid sufficiently uniformly due to irregular stream generated in rapid flow path extension by the suction stream. Next, valve 23 is opened, and valve 26 is closed, and liquid in the flow path is emitted into reaction tube 31 by pistons 20, 22 and 25. |
