PURPOSE:To reduce the absolute error, by providing the linear function generating circuit which outputs the voltage of linear function close to the function generated based on analog input signal and inputting the voltage of linear function to the A/D conversion circuit as the reference voltage. CONSTITUTION:The analog input signal X is converted into digital number at the A/D conversion circuit 1, and the value of the function stored in advance in the memory 2 in addition to the memory 2 added by the digital number, is outputted as the digital value, and the digital value of output of the memory 2 is fed to the D/A conversion circuit 3. Further, the analog input signal X is fed to the linear function generating circuit 5 which produces linear function voltage close to the input signal to produce the linear function based on the analog input signal X, and this linear function is added as the reference voltage ot the circuit 3, and function with small absolute error can be produced from the circuit 3. |
