发明名称 SEASONING COMPOSITION FOR NOODLE DIP
摘要 PURPOSE:A seasoning composition for dipping noodle that contains a powder of flat Japanese mushroom is combined with squeezed juice of citrus fruit or synthetic flavor or citrus fruit to increase the tastiness by removing the order of the mushroom. CONSTITUTION:The noodle containing flat Japnese mushroom, which is known as health food, has a characteristic odor caused by the mushroom. In order to remove the odor effectively, squeezed juice of citrus fruit such as lemon, ''yuzu'', ''daidai'' or a synthetic flavor of citrus fruit is added to the seasoning composition of noodle dip. An example of synthetic flavor is an essence of citrus friit containing citric or fumaric acid. The amount of the squeezed juice of citrus fruit added is preferably about 0.1-0.2% by vol based on the dip and when the synthetic flavor is used, the amount depends on the quality.
