PURPOSE:A power of ''konnyaku'' (devile tongue) and calcuium hydroxide are added to water kept at a prescribed temperature and agitated, then they are fed to a kneader and kneaded together with an aqueous solution of coloring agent, thus making said ''konnyaku'' or ''shiratali'' with uniform and good quality. CONSTITUTION:About 200 parts by wt of water kept at a prescribed temperature is charged in a tank and 100 parts of konnyaku powder and 1-10, preferably 5-7, parts of calcium hydroxide are added to the water. They are stirred and immediately charged to a kneader and while they are kneaded, a predetermined amount of coloring agent solution with prescribed concentration is injected into the kneader. They are together kneaded for a prescribed hour to give said ''konnyaku'' or ''shirataki''. |
