PURPOSE:To obtain the high-accuracy curved surface reflector panel through the simple manufacturing process by securing the unified foaming formation between the reflecor panel formed into the curved surface and the supporting intermediate bar. CONSTITUTION:Reflector panel 1 is formed into the shape approximating to the logic curve of the paraboloidal form in a high accuracy by means of curved surface molding tool 6 and through the stretch forming method or the like. Then plural number of intermediate bars 7 are sealed on the back of panel 1 via screws or the like. And forming frame 8 is set to perform the foaming formation via the resin component of the urethane or the like mixed with the foaming agent. Thus curved surface panel 4 is obtained with bars 7 and panel 1 formed into one body and in the high-accuracy and simple process. |
