PURPOSE:To prevent the lowering of collecting efficiency of a solar heat collecting device and also prevent the damage of a collector due to a strong wind by constituting the collector to be capable of being housed so as to protect lens and other equipment from wind, rain and dust. CONSTITUTION:In the device, a system to rotate a collector 1 and a system to move the same elevationally 5-9 are provided. Owing to this constitution, the collector 1, being rotated, can be housed with its sunbeam receiving side 1a directed downward and drawn near to the surface of installation 4, thereby the sunbeam receiving side 1a can be protected from wind, rain, dust and the like. This enables prolongation of durability of the collector 1 without lowering of collecting efficiency as well as preventing damage thereof due to a strong wind. |
