<p>PURPOSE:To control taking in and out of mortar and pressurized medium by the valve switching control device for mortar feeding without pulsatory motions by providing multi number of pressurizing tanks each with the pressurized medium is charged in which a mortar tube is contained. CONSTITUTION:The flat tube 20 of the elastic material with the mortar inlet 20a at the top and the outlet 20b at the bottom is contained in the pressurizing tank 21 which is independent from the other. Each of the mortar inlet 20a and the outlet 20b of each tube 20 are connected to the common mortar suction port 23 and the delivery port 26 through the pinch valves 22, 25. Pressurized medium 28 is delivered from the medium storage tank 33 through the pressurizing pump 29, the pressure accumulating tank 30, and the pinch valve 36, and is returned to the storage tank 33 through the pinch valve 32a. The mortar can be delivered from the delivery port 26 at the constant rate without pulsatory motions by controlling the pinch valves 22, 25, 36, 32a by the valve switching control device to alternatively flow mortar into and out of each tube 20.</p> |
