摘要 PURPOSE:To perform the adequate controlling of furnace heat balance and achieve the reduction of fuel cost by measuring three factors of feed O2 amount, ore/coke, etc., calculating furnace heat condition index, comparing the same with the index having been beforehand obtained and correcting the values of the above-mentioned three factors. CONSTITUTION:As the heat balance fluctuation factors of a blast furnace, the three factors of feed O2 amount (Nm<3>/min.m<3>) as a value indicating coke combustion heat as well as the ratio ore/coke of iron ore charge amount and coke charge amount and the mean JIS reducibility of total charged iron ore are measured. From the measured values, the furnace heat condition index is calculated and is contrasted with the furnace heat condition index showing the stable range having beforehand been obtained from the actual operation data. The deviation from said stable range is evaluated and calculated and the values of the respective factors are changed and corrected. It is also possible to fix said factors 1-2 and let the remaining 2-1 be control factors. It is also equally well to designated the O2 feed amount and/or ore/coke corresponding to the target productivity coefficient and letting the remaining one or two factors be control factors.
